The California Fire Prevention Institute (CFPI) will be partnering with ConstructReach this spring to host its signature “I Built This!” event in Santa Barbara, CA, during our annual conference March 2-6, 2026.
This national initiative is designed to increase accessibility, awareness, and exposure to construction career pathways and related industries— including fire safety and fire prevention. Through our partnership with ConstructReach and its workforce development initiatives, we are seeking support from industry partners and local organizations to help make this community engagement event a success for the next generation.
Ways you can support this event include:
- Become an event partner through financial support to help cover overall event needs
- Host or facilitate an activity station that highlights your organization or trade
- Volunteer for the day, assisting with student engagement while sharing your professional experience
