Wake up across the street from East Beach and walk downstairs to class. Every class, meal, and Expo hour is in the hotel, so once you check in, you’re set for the week. The Funk Zone is a mile away when the day is done.
Book by February 4, 2027 for the CFPI rate.
The booking link comes with your registration confirmation. Rooms in the block are limited, and after February 4 any remaining rooms go back to the hotel at its regular rates.

Rates are for one or two guests. Add $20 a night for a third guest and $40 for a fourth. Taxes and the resort fee are extra.

| Check-in and check-out | Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 12:00 PM. Early check-in is based on availability, for a fee: $70 from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, or $35 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. |
| Resort fee | Discounted to $17.50 a night plus tax. Includes internet for 2 devices, 2 bottled waters a day, 20% off spa and tennis, a 2-hour bike rental, 2-hour beach chairs for 2, and fitness classes. |
| Parking | Overnight self-parking is $20 a night for guests in the CFPI block. Valet is $50 a night. Commuting attendees pay $8 an hour, up to $40 a day. |
| Cancelling a room | Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. |
